Hello,

I am using a VVX 300, firmware version 5.1.1. I have a line key on my phone configured for a Park key, value **7 and set as "type: automata".

This was working great for me to use a line key to be able to park calls.

I have upgraded the firmware on my phone today u sing the "Polycom Hosted Server" from the phones interface.

My phone is now current software version : 5.3.0.1

After updating this, I have noticed the icon for my park key has changed (It went from a circle icon to now a person icon, similar to the blf icon).

I can no longer use the park feature. I have removed and readded the button several times, but I can not seem to get the Automata feature to work on the line keys now.

Has anyone else this issue with the 5.3.0.1 firmware>

Thank you,
