I setup a new vvx 300 phone on our office network.I am able to make outgoing calls but not receiving incoming calls. The caller can hear the phone ringing on his end but the vvx 300 phone doesnt ring nor it shows an incoming call on the phone. After 5 rings it brings up a "the extension **** is on the phone " message what could be wrong?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

This sounds like you either registered the wrong extension or maybe some network issue.
