Hi,

We want to use a Polycom VVX 300 phone as a receptionist phone. Here is the situation:

1. The receptionist is in a call.

2. The receptionist wants to transfer the call.

3. A new call comes in, a popup is displayed and the soft buttons change. Also the transfer button is not working.

The popup also blocks the list of calls displayed.

Can we disable the popup 1nd/or soft button change ?

Regards,

Remco.

Hello RemcoL,

again, as in your prior post, to my knowledge this is currently not possible.

The 2nd caller information is displayed for around 10 seconds and then disappears providing access to the 1st call to transfer or any other action.

You can then toggle between the two calls.

To change this current behavior would require a feature request.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

This is not configurable as well?
