Polycom VVX 310 + VVX D60


I have a Polycom VVX 310, that has a D60 base station attached to it.

With the latest software version (, I'm having a problem:


1. The phone doesn't register with the server, previously it didn't have a problem.

2. Line 1 should have 3 Line Keys and it keeps defaulting to 1 after pairing the VVX 310 to the D60


How should we solve this problem?

Hello @susus,

welcome to the Polycom Community.


Well the official way would be to open a ticket so we can analyze the issue.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
