I am using a Polycom VVX400 and am trying to connect the VVX Color Expansion Module to it, however the expansion module never seems to come on at all.
When I plug in the module, I see the lights come on briefly, but the screen never seems to light up at all. Does anyone happen to know a reason why this would be happening? Is this module incompatible with the VVX 400, or did I potentially receive a defective expansion module?
