I am having an issue with the web interface after setting a provisioning server.

 

When you attempt to log into the Web, you get an Authorization failed message.  The password I am using, works on the phone itself, but not on the web.  Additionally, none of the graphics are loading on the web interface.

 

Any ideas?

Additional Information:

 

This does not happen on all phones,  phone that have the stock UC software,  UC Software Version 4.1.4.7430 or the most recent 5.2 work fine.  The others do not work, you lose access to the phone.

 

I have put the sip.ld files for the most recent update on my provisioning server, but as of yet the phones have not updated.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC server

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

We are having the same problem. PolycomVVX-VVX_410-UA/5.4.0.5841. Entering an incorrect password shows "Invalid password. Please try again." on the login page. But entering the correct password goes to another page that says "Authorization failed. The page is here." with a link back to the login page.

Got this working by erasing cookies. Flaky javascript-based login on these phones is very fragile.
