Hi,
I have purchased some Polycom VVX 500 phones and want to configure network conference for a Broadsoft R.21 PBX.

I have found a guide in: http://community.polycom.com/polycom/attachments/polycom/VoIP/8977/1/PartnerConfigGuide_Polycom_UCSo...

However, it looks like a bit old and references to Polycom version 4.1.x and a sys.cfg file, but this file doesn't seem to exist in Polycom firmware version 5.2.0.

Is there any updated 'Broadsoft Partner Config Guide' in this website? If not, should I downgrade the current firmware from 5.2.0 to 4.1.3?  (I'm only interested in Network-based conference capabilities for now)

Any advice is welcome

Hello Miguel,

This document is provided by our partner BroadWorks so you should reach out to them if you require this file.

Usually your BroadSoft server would provision your phone.
