Polycom VVX 500 crash and reboot



I am having trouble using my Polycom business phone. Every time I dial out, the phone crashes and reboots itself.  What can I do? Can you share with me some step by step instructions?

Hello Melissa,

welcome to the Polycom Community. I have moved your post from the one you had replied.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
