In lieu of version 5.5.2...

 

For now 183 session progress, or ring back, works with version 5.4.5. Please be aware that our experience is that the D60 will not support multiple line appearances under that version.

 

However, if multiple line appearances is important version 5.5.1 supports them. But, ringback will break again.

Hello @njcomputermedic or @JM-1,

a previous reported issue was supposed to be fixed in UC Software 5.5.2 according to @JM-1.

 

Without following this post up with a Polycom Service Ticket reference I am unable to match this case to the release notes.

 

All I can advise you when you have an issue please report this to Polycom support via the official channels in order to avoid disappointment once a new release is published.

I'm seeing the same issue with 5.5.2.8571 on a VVX411. I dropped back to 5.4.6 to get the D60 ringing to work again.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As already outlined multiple times within this post please open a Polycom support ticket.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Noah, thank you for the post. We have experienced the same thing when going to the newer 5.5.2. Which I was originally told would fix the issue. So back to 5.4.6 it is.

 

We are opening another ticket with our reseller and I will post any response we get. Thanks.

Any fixes are documented within the public UC Software 5.5.2 Release Notes.

 

Any issues that have not been reported directly to Polycom support so that we are able to root cause these cannot be fixed.
