Hello,
I am currently working with provisioning for the newer polycom firmware. I'm using version 4.0.4.2906.
In an attempt to disable the DND button, I used the following in my provisioning file for the phone:
<key>
<key.9.SPIP500.function key.9.SPIP500.function.prim="Null" />
<key.9.SPIP550.function key.9.SPIP550.function.prim="Null" />
<key.9.SPIP600.function key.9.SPIP600.function.prim="Null" />
<key.9.SPIP650.function key.9.SPIP650.function.prim="Null" />
<key.23.SPIP300.function key.23.SPIP300.function.prim="Null" />
<key.16.VVX1500.function key.16.VVX1500.function.prim="Null" />
</key>
Following the admin guide, that should disable the DND. I have tested other functions on the key such as Line1, which worked fine. However, when I use the configuration listed above, I'll click the button and after a few seconds the phone with restart without warning.
Is this a firmware glitch or am I doing something else wrong?

Hello Chantry,
I did a quick test in my lab running UCS 4.0.4.2906 and I can confirm your findings.
In order to track this properly please raise a case as explained above and quote VESC-2764.

Hello Chantry,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
I had a brief look internally but could not find any reference to this.
Not knowing your configuration or if any errors are shown in the logs I would suggest to work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hello Chantry,
the new UCS 5.0.1 release has addressed this issue via:
- 88404 The phone now successfully disables the DND hard key by using the key.16.VVX1500.function.prim="Null" parameter and no longer causes a reboot
Best regards
