We have a VOIP system using Polycom VVX300. Yesterday we experienced a power outage, and this morning one of the phones had not booted up correctly (all others were up without problems). All the lights (including the display) are flashing in sync. Buttons are unresponsive and there is no dial tone. The (flashing) display is blank--no error messages or other text.
We've tried switching cords, unplugging the phone completely and plugging back in, unplugging the phone and letting it sit for 30 minutes and replugging.... We're not sure what else to do to fix this.
