Dear Polycom,

 

A client of ours uses Polycom VVX 400 phones together with a Broadsoft hosted Voice solution.

 

When there is no active call, three of the four softkeys have a function - from left to right:

1) New Call.

2) Transfer.

3) DND

4) no function - empty.

 

Because the client also uses the contactdirectory, which is now accesible by pressing the home button, navigate to the Directory's icon, press ok, select option 1 - contactdirectory - see pictures.

They have asked us if it's possible to open the contactdirectory directly from softkey number 4.

 

1) New Call.

2) Transfer.

3) DND.

4) Contactdirectory.

 

How do I connect the contactdirectory to softkey number four ?
