Polycom VVX500 Bluetooth Headset Bug

Firmware: 4.1.3

Bluetooth Headset: Plantronic Voyager Pro UC V2


Bluetooth Headset paired with Polycom phone

When bluetooth headset is out of the range, it says 'PC disconnected' from headset

When it comes back within the range, it says 'PC connected', then it initiate a new call automatically.


This doesn't happen to the older firmware 4.0.2

As this is clearly a support issue, and I did quickly check internally and could not find anything similar, please go ahead and report this via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
