Hi All,

I have the above phone with contacts stored in the phone's directory. The issue is that, when the phone reports ' Missed calls' from a contact stored in the phone's directory, it only shows the number  and not the contact's name associated with that particular number.

I have tried storing the number e.g '0207 123 4567', as '44207 123 4567' and '+44207 123 4567'  but still no luck, the contact's name does not appear together with the missed calls.

Any help will be very appreciated.

Hello Synety,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Does the Phone show the name whilst the phone is ringing and just not in the missed call list?

I tried to replicate this and simply added a speed dial from a missed call. Once that was in the phone directory the name was always shown in both instances.

I suggest you contact your Polycom reseller.

Hi Steffen,

Thank you for yur reply.

Yes it does show the name when ringing and not in the missed calls list.

Is the speed dial setup in the phone directory?

Thanks again

Solved...

Save actual missed calls with name of contact etc rather that creating a new contact from scratch.
