We have some Polycom VVX601 handsets they are provided to us by our Telco . One of the phones is having issues where contacts are not being saved on the phone after a reboot. Has anyone experienced this and knows a workaround . The phones are locked down so i cant really do much.
Second question is there a way to backup / restore contact lists on the phones to USB?
A quick search finds this answer >here< and there is no way to export or import speed dials. I can only suggest you work with your provider to remove this restriction.
