I am trying to set the configuration on my phone for my Sennheiser headset in Hookswitch Mode.  When I click on Sennheiser it reboots my phone but does not hold the setting.  It defaults to Regular Mode.  Can some please tell me how to fix this so that I can answer calls with my headset?  Thank you.

It would be good to know what Software version the phone is running. The community search finds >these< posts covering similar incidents.
