Hello Madhu0204,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

None of the above parameters stated by yourself exist and you can easily verify this checking the Admin Guide matching your software version.

In addition the community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 14, 2015 Question:Finding the default values for configuration parameters for Polycom Phones?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Chacking against the XSD file would also verify if this parameters exist.

You need to go ahead and open a Feature Request if you want to remove these.

Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change to the current Polycom SIP / UCS Software?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello Madhu0204,

just to elaborate more on this

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Aug 19, 2015 Question:Can I customize the Home Screen?

Resolution: Please check this post => here <=

The above was added in UC Software 5.3.0 so if you upgrade your phone to a currently supported version you will be able to archive what you are after.

Sorry Steffen its little confusing for me at first instance you had noted removing the display (settings, directories etc..) is a future request and the other note is that FAQ's have got solution( I am not able to find any related article). It will be great if you could clarify. If its a future request please let us know how to raise a request to Polycom.

I got the part with the feature request wrong. Please see the above FAQ which outlines what you can remove and how.
