We have ip 331 , whenever a call comes the phone auto answers the call through speakers , it even auto answers even a call has been transferred from the other phones. The other phones on the same network are working fine.
We have changed the phone with the new one but still its the same problem.
Any help how to stop this happening will be very helpful

When you swapped the Phone did you provision it with the same configuration?
The only way I would think of auto answering a call on a non VVX1500 phone would be to send a SIP Header with a defined string to auto answer.
Running a wireshark trace on the Phone's spanned network port should show this.
