We cannot really provide support via the medium of the community.

 

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

 

Our records show the VVX in question was sold via ISOLIN TRADE & INVEST LIMITED back in 15/08/2018


As the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

 

Other community volunteers can try and help you but if you need support please go via the official channels.
