Polycom phones used with Genesys Contact Center Implementation - Cental provisioning Server

I'm working to determine if a Polycom Cental provisioning Server can deliver the ability to connect Polycom phones to operate with a Genesys system?    Specifically,  when provisioning new Polycom phones is there any capability to load (configure) the phones in an automated way once they are physically connected?  If not currently "built in" can modifications be made to enable a Polycom to Genesys provisioning service?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The provision functionality is based on hosting files on a server. The community's VoIP FAQ contains a detailed post describing this in detail. If your server platform is able to host http,ftp or tftp it should be fine.
