We have an issue going on.  We have Polycom phones that we are losing connectivity from a remote office.  The current network connectivity is as follows.  We have Dell Switch that is the default gateway for the phones.  10.64.140.4.  The next hop for our MPLS router is 10.64.140.1.  we have a remote site with the Skype server as 10.64.100.1.  After rebooting the phone we can ping the phone for a short period of time.  Then we lose connectivity to the phone from the remote office.  From the location where the phone is at we never lose connectivity.  Phones are on VLAN 1.  Odd thing is that if we have default gateway as the Cisco router 10.64.140.1 we never lose connectivity.  On the Dell
