Polycom soundpoint 330 sip

Hi I am having polygom soundpoint 330 sip phone, I am unable to reset its settings. When I going to power up of this phone it gives me three options "start , setup, About" and 5 seconds until reboot. When I click on start it can not connect boot server and at the last it give me confining decryption error 0x44020. I am able to ping this phone but can not browse through HTTP or ftp. '

 

 

Kindly update how I can reset this phone to enter new settings.
