Polycom soundpoint IP 330, Firmware not compatible

I bricked my phone

I upgraded a wrong firmware version to my phone.

 

The phone now boots but can't be accessed on the web browser.

 

Tried to rollback the firmware...it keeps saying "can't access the boot server"

 

I'm using <removed by a moderator> to rollback the firmware.

 

Is the phone dead?

Please ensure you always check the FAQ's and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up posts.

 

I have removed the reference to our server as this is for Poly Support Customers only and cannot handle larger traffic. We only provide this to users who open a ticket with Poly support during their warranty period.

Basically, set up a local server with the correct compatible software and you will be able to get the phone back.
