After reading a lot and working with these phones I managed to get past my last post and get the phones up and running mostly correctly. New need though, I want to be able to have the phones ring once (or not at all) and then auto answer. There's not a lot out there that applies to Avaya with these phones (I have to use them and I can't change right now). I'm able to get this working on our Avaya phones with button programming or through the phone menu, shortcodes don't seem to work and I know newer models of soundpoints can do it as well. Is there any way at all to get the auto answer feature working on this model at all?

I don't want to have a special ringtone auto answer. I want to auto answer uncondtionally. Is there any information on that?

Hello @BYellow,

To my personal knowledge the SSIP / SPIP range can only utilize the FAQ described method above aka SIP INFO Header.

VVX Phones can auto answer all calls or have the Intercom functionality added as also described in the above FAQ.
