Hello,
I test Polycom Trio 8500 as a replacement for Polycom SoundStation 6000/7000 in our portfolio.
We are don't use Skype we use only SIP registrations.
Problem is that I cant find some important parameters in WEB GUI such as:
Authentication User ID
Authentication Password
Maybe I'm using the wrong FW which is used only for Skype.
UC Software Version 5.9.2.7727
I'm not able to register a line.
Could you please help me with that?

Hello,
thank you for your reply.
The problem is as I mentioned that there are no parameters Auth User ID and Auth Password in WEB GUI.
It is not possible to register a SIP account from WEB GUI because I missing those parameters.
My question is if it is a normal behavior of TRIO phones or if I'm using the wrong firmware or the wrong phone type.
