Hi all.

i found a polycom vvx 1500 in our company store and i want to use it. After boot up, the touch screen is disabled( i see this issue in “screen clean” section). How to enable touch screen again? 

Note: i reset factory the device and its still diabled.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The VVX 1500 is end of sale since September 2018. It would help if we know that the touch screen works for example when booting the phone. Also what software is this using? What is the history of the device? Do you have the MAC address so we can look up the history of the device or the age?

Thanks for reply. Durring boot up, Its still not working. Application version is 3.2.2.0481. Mac address is 00:04:F2:BE:A0:DC. I think this device belong to about 10 years ago.

but as i said, in “screen clean” section, it shows “touch screen is disabled” which it means that it is disabled and not damaged. Is it right?

The Screen Clean section is there so a cleaner can clean the device without activating anything. Therefore the touch screen is disabled. If the unit does not react during boot up either its most likely defective. The unit was sold back in 2010.
