Just got out of the box VVX 411

Running:
Bootblock 3.0.5.0036
Updated: 5.9.0.9355
SIP Version: 5.7.0.11768

I have a phone ( x400 ) that is set to be an attendant ( coverage ) for another phone (x450).

When someone calls x450, x410 sees that x450 is ringing and can press the line key to pickup the call.

The problem is, during the ringing phase, x400’s display displays “To: 450 From:450”

When x400 hits the coverage line key button to pick up the call, the call gets connected and the correct caller ID is displayed on x400’s display.

How do I get the phone to display the correct callerID during the ring phase?

Thanks,
—Eric

Hello @Voiceipn,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This completely depends what the SIP server sends us in the NOTIFY

Do you have a trace of this and what server is this?
