Polycoms VVX500 continuesly sign out and sign in back

We are having issues with our polycom they keeps signed out here is the log, we have lync 2013 usign multiple sip domains

 

We already add this A and SRV records

 

sip.globaltracks.com -> the public ip of our edge server

_sip._tls.globaltracks.com 443-> sip.d4skype.com (external)

_sipfederationtls._tcp.globaltracks.com 5061-> sip.d4skype.com (external)

lyncdiscover-> the ip of the reverse proxy

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
