hello, I am faced with a major problem: the model VVX 410, I encounter a delay between when the phone rings or the call appears on the screen. this little delay from 1 to 2 seconds. ca seem little bit but when running ca 5 different lines starts to become problematic: call loss, slow implementation. ca becomes so unmanageable phone responds slowly. I tested with the latest 5.5.0 firmware, 5.0.0, the 4.3 without much success. I also tested with the default configuration: no better. Looking more closely we see that the CPU of the phone makes 100% peak when he gets a call and this without reason. the graphic display is extremely slow. no problem in sound. I need a solution to this problem knowing that if installing on all my phones purchased VVX 410 310 on a phone that's even worse, it becomes unusable. I need a solution I can not rest with such slow phones. thank you for your solution.

Hello support.dsoft,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You may want to consider using the return key a few times during writing your posts as it is really difficult reading your post.

Please work with your Polycom reseller to get them to open a support ticket with Polycom so we can look at your issue.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
