I'm making a little web application to run on VVX 500 and 600 phones  running 5.2+ and have the user enter their voicemail pin to authenticate.  Is it possible to set the keyboard to default to numeric keys so they could just use the dialpad for entry without changing the keyboard type?

 

I checked the web developer document and searched the forum but couldn't find anything relevant.

As far as the other thread - I've still got a ticket open.  I'd  love to get a resolution to it  and will update the thread when something happens.

I don't see  a  polycom ticket number in the email thread with my vendor. I've PM'd you some details, hope that's ok.
