Problem Auth Polycom IP 6000

dear,

 

 

I have a problem with IP6000, because it logs on to the plant Avaya IP Office 500, forbbiden throws in the plant and on the Registered Not in line of Sound Station Polycom.

Since the basic settings on the device, the user SIP was tested on the ground with a softphone and it works without problem, now, when performing resets parameters to factory settings does not erase the configuration on the SIP line of Sound Station IP 6000.

It may be a firmware problem?
