Problem Polycom SoundStation IP 6000

Hi, 

 

We are using and Polycom soundstation ip 6000,  Today i was supposed to make a call and enter DTMF code, but the phone doesn't registered DTMF, what can be the problem ?

Follow Option 3 or 4

 

There are no separate Guides and the verbiage may be slightly different due the age of the software. 

 

Please be aware if you require additional information please work with a Polycom Reseller.

 

You can also contact Polycom support and pay per incident / PPI and receive support.

Must the configuration be updated? It can not be done like is now ? 

 

Here is an Attach with the web interface what ver. is this software and also i would like to ask what software to install on my computer to connect with the phone ?

We have a 3.0.2.0917 software version, and the manual is for 3.2 to later , does we can upgrade for some new version from software that we have now?

No, It's not the same becuase i have web interface like on the printscreen , and on the manuals says about ver. 4.0 and they are other screens . 

 

Please send me or give me some guide where is simular with my web interface or something else
