Problem mit einem Polycom Sound Station 7000

Die Station verbindet sich nicht mit meiner Telefonanlage 3cx !


Desweiteren verbindet sie sich nicht mit dem Internet, da sie keine Zeit vom Zeitserver zieht.


Ich habe alle IP Einstellungen überprüft, woran kann das liegen ?


Ist evtl die Hardware defekt?

Hello Nick,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The standard language in the community is English so please check if you are actually receiving an IP address via the DHCP server of if manually set / or DHCP try if you can ping the phone or browse to its web interface.
