Hello xuyihui3333,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above explains how to archive a simple SIP registration with most SIP providers.

In addition the community search, using the word Mitel, shows the following results => here <=

Mitel support should be contacted for any follow up questions as they would have interoperability tested our SPIP Phone.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Here are the instructions I wrote out for all my techs to setup the IP6000 on a 3300/MCD system.  They should be identical to the  IP5000 as far as programming in the 3300.

The steps for programming the Polycom may vary depending on the software load of the phone.

As far as the SIP profile, you will probably use something different than 5.  That is just the one that was picked for our Polycom sets.  I think it's all default settings.
