Problem with directory SP 550

Good morning, I'm having problems with the computers directory sp asks for the dir file but it does not appear on the computer, and when updating the user's name they are not reflected when rebuilding files and restarting the computers, the sp can be put in directory by xsi?
the firmware version of the sp is 4.1.1

You are using the wrong firmware for your phone.

 

In addition I am unsure what your acronyms are or what you are after but it may help others if you simply post a log.
