Problem with "up.useDirectoryNames"

I have set user_preferences up.useDirectoryNames="1" and I can see that it is set via the web interface. It also correctly the caller id for outgoing calls, just not incoming... 


I see the entriy in the directory and the "Contact" field matches the number exactly but if I call from a number in the directory (i.e. ext 101 or 14161234567), it doesn't use the directory name for caller id.


I'm on the latest firmware ( Any thoughts on what might be the issue?

welcome to the Polycom Community.


The feature up.useDirectoryNames is automatically activated since UCS 4.0.0 and does not require a separate activation. It will only ever identify incoming calls.
