Problems with soundpoint polycom 601

I now have a soundpolycom ip 601, I have problems to upload a file via tftp but the phone rejects the connection and the error is the rejection code 10054 and reboot still buggy 0x20 and 0x4020, I have configured from reset factory but configure data of network but still the same, I can help, regards
