Productivity Suite Licensing Issue

per the readme included in the NonVQM Productivity Suite, the license is supposed to be good until March 15 2022.

 

However, when we installed the license, our phones say it's only good until August 12, 2012.  Any ideas what's going on or when the file will actuallly expire?

 

 

We grabbed the license from this link

This is the entirety of the README file

 

"Please note this version of the Polycom Productivity Suite SITE License enables Corporate Directory, Visual Conference Management and USB Call Recording features and expires on 15th March 2022. "

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Did the phone actually load this license and did you check that there was no other license on the Phone previously?

 

You should be able to check the boot/app-log.

 

Please work with your Polycom Reseller in case you need additional support.

There was no previous license on the phones before hand.

 

We actually are the reseller and are testing the Polycom provided license at the behest of a customer and experienced the same issue as they had reported to us.

 

Any other thoughts?

I just tested this License on a SPIP450 running UCS 3.3.4:

Above used the file from the download with the readme quoting the 15 of March 2022 but the phone shows Mar 16 so you receive an extra day.

 

Maybe lower your copy Log filter to 2 or so you can see if the Phone even loads the file.

 

If not please contact your Polycom Reseller for further support.
