Hello,
I'm currently using a VVX*50 set of phones running 6.0 firmware on the broadworks platform. I have to deploy a hefty number of phones that all require the same speed dial mapping. I planned on doing this within a config file that's pushed to the endpoints. However I am at a loss on how to get these programmed speed dials to appear on the line keys of the phones (350s/450s mostly).
I need to dial, say extention 10110 by just pressing the associated line key.
do you have what would the line config look like in this scenario?
Thanks!
Dan

Thanks, they are however using the directory.xml to obtain the corporate/enterprise directory. The softkeys I tried to sell them on, but they are not biting. I was hoping it would be something simple that I'm overlooking something like a star code...a pause, then the number or extension
*74,10110
then a "label = Rehab"
and so on. If that's not as simple as it sounds, is there a way to turn off the light for Busy Lamp Indicators....I can use those instead I think.

Hello @Dan.W ,
You cannot have a pause in a Speed Dial but as explained =>here<= you can with a Softkey.
This way you also ensure that they can access their speed dials as used and you would not have to hide or limit access to this for fear it would be removed.
Other community members may have other ideas but if all fails you can open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Steffen,
is this correct for the speeddial list?

as in is that supposed to display Woody on the first available line, Bonquiqui on the second, and so on if I continue on the numbering.
