Polycom 500 VVX and 410 VVX

Sorry if my terminology is incorrect on some of this I'll do the best I can...

The provisioning server is overwriting at least the phone's ringer volume and default transfer type (among other things probably) upon every registration poll (every 2 hours). We're not writing any specific value for those settings, so I'm not sure what would cause the settings to be overwritten. Here is the config file that's being used below. Any  help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Config removed by Mod as requested

Hello Casey M,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Read First: Welcome to the Polycom VoIP Forum"

Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP UC Software Version or the BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Not knowing your provisioning infrastructure I can only suggest you set the Configuration logging level from minor error to event 1 or log.level.change.cfg="1"

This should show a similar output like this:

0108161200|cfg |2|00|Prov|Starting to provision config files
0108161200|cfg |2|00|Prov|Configuration has not changed
0108161200|cfg |2|00|Prov|Starting to provision local overrides
0108161200|cfg |3|00|Prov|Starting to download file 0004f2ac89bb-phone.cfg
0108161200|cfg |3|00|Prov|File 0004f2ac89bb-phone.cfg has not changed
0108161200|cfg |2|00|Prov|Starting to provision web config
0108161200|cfg |3|00|Prov|Starting to download file 0004f2ac89bb-web.cfg
0108161200|cfg |3|00|Prov|Updated file 0004f2ac89bb-web.cfg
0108161200|cfg |3|00|Prov|Provisioning succeeded
0108161200|cfg |*|00|Prov|Finished updating configuration

The above should show the sources and their values.
