Hi.

 

I have inherited 3 Polycom VVX 410 handsets on Software 5.9.5.0614 which I need to provision from our Fusionpbx Server. I have tried many configurations found on here but can't seems to display any records. I enclose below a copy of my config a logs from the VVX410 (server details changed) Any help would be gratefully appreciated as we don't have a reseller to fall back on as these are inherited.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I used the details as suggested changing the objects for what's on my openldap server but still no joy. Unfortunately to me the ldap log (in debug mode) does not really point to what the issue is and the data does hit the ldap server. Here is the log with domain details changed
