Having an issue with adding customer ringtones to SoundPoint IP phones. I followed the directions in the Knowledge Base article and as a test used two WAV files and that worked fine, but when I added 8 more the phone got very slow, it would only pull the first 4 Sampled Audio entries and listed them with the filename (sound.wav) in the ringtone list, but the last 6 showed in the Ring Tone list of the phone as "RingXX" and they had the default ringtone. Did I build the file incorrectly, the config file is attached.
Thanks in advance.

Hello sswill,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Check you logs for a message like : Exceeding Quota
A Phone like the SPIP650 has around 600kb for additional files.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Is there anywhere in the documentation that lists the quota limits for the various models? It's my understanding that the quota limit is shared by things like ringtones, directory files, and idle images, etc. I can see how you can set limits for each type with quota parameters, but I'm trying to find the additional file space totals to set those values appropriately. You say the 650 should hold around 600kb. Do you have similar information for all the other models? Thanks.

Hello all,
I am currently working with our documentation team on this.
As a guideline please do not expect to be able to use multiple megabyte large files.
Usually these ringtones are only a few kilobytes large and if the phone is running out of memory is logging this as already mention in this post.
Best Regards
