Hello,
I have a question about my polycom 331.
Please view the attached image.
My question is, what does the little symbol i circled mean? Usually it is solid, and not half solid.
Thank you.

Hello AmazonProduce,
looking at the Picture again (you can actually create a screenshot of the display, Check the FAQ!) it looks like this is setup as a shared line.
The Line LED would come on to signal that the line is used like in a Key system.
You are using UCS 4.0.0 or higher and you would need to check your configuration.
So far you have not provided any information on the Platform that is being used and if this issue has only appeared after a upgrade.
Please provide some more details.
Best regards
Steffen Baier

Hello AmazonProduce,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
I would guess you activated DND or a call forward or similar.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Thank you for the response.
It does not, however, solve my issue. I am still able to send and receive calls.
The only differences i see is that every once in a while the line 1 light turns red and stays that way for about 15 seconds then disappears.
Also, the options to activate call forwarding have dissappeared from my phones menu.

Thank you for your help Steffen, but i was able to fix the problem.
After you said it looked like it was a shared line, i looked at my phones 'line configuration' and sure enough it was set to shared.
I am not sure how that happened, i know i wouldn't have done that, but now it is back the way it should be.
Thank you again for all your help!
