Hey Steffen, I have read your replys about display dead red blinking lights = ip6000 is dead.

Before I trashed my dead device I took it apart and it appears the tft display is actually an independent ribbon attached Module 2202-15630-001 Rev A barcode polycom Part ID LM00D5FA   so unless these replacable modules are Serialized per device should this not be an easy order and replacement? Alas I havent found the module for sale and the 6000's are pretty old devices but this got me very curious. Thoughts?

Hello @RIch-Telegia ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

Again by addressing a question at myself are limiting the answers you can get if you address a topic to a specific individual rather than the community itself.

I am not aware of what you are trying to ask or get. We do not sell individual spare parts and I am not aware of the LCD module is causing the defect.

We have no repair plans for our devices and only Poly can officially RMA and repair them.

Best regards

Steffen Baier

Apologies for directing the query to you,

I just have seen your expertise for years on the forum and figured if anybody knew if the module was available for replacement, it would be you.

Please feel free to trash the post as it truly was inappropriate to query you directly and you have confirmed the unavailability of spare parts and the discarding of the device or RMA for service repair.

Thanks,

Rich
