Random Reboot vvx 250 obi

For many months now my phone will reboot during phone calls and I have no idea why. Firmware version is 6.4.3.10037 and I use google voice. Is there any solution for this?

I have not contacted google support because I figured it was a phone issue not related to google. I did reach out to poly but they want $500 for a support contract. This is just a single phone I use personally and I cant afford $500. I was hoping someone here could help solve it.

during the phones, warranty support is free unless the phone is now out of warranty and it is rebooting now.

 

As you have not provided these details I am unable to advise.

Warranty expired in April but has been doing this rebooting for many months. I should have called earlier I had no idea there was support included.
