RealPresence Trio - Enable/Disable Haptic feedback

I have tried searching around and was unable to find any info on enabling/disabling haptic feedback on the Polycom Trios. Doe anyone know of a way to toggle this feature?

Hi JRave,

Thank you for your interest in RealPresence Trio.  The RealPresence Trio's touch user interface does not support haptic feedback.
