RealPresence Trio Visual+ ethernet settings

Hello,

 

We have a realpresence trio kit that includes the visual+ device. We have everything working so far, however the only issue we have is that the ethernet settings on the visual+ device are set by DHCP.

We want to set a fixed ip. I'm not able to find on the manual the instructions to do that.

 

I have seen that it must be done using a usb device and some xml files  however the instructions were not clear enough.

My questions are: How can I set the IP on the visual+ device and how can I reset the visual+ device to factory defaults in case something goes wrong.

Thank you. It's solved.

 

I also read that it's possible to access the Visual+ from a web browser. Is this true? Is there any parameter we must write on the configuration file?

No special setting. Once you know the IP address simply browse to it via HTTPS
