Hi,

 

I have tried copying cfg files to USB and uploaded on to Visual+ as per the guide. It gave proviosioned successfully message and stayed up for 10-15mins again and started rebooting again. Its also not detecting Logitect C930e.

 

This is causing lots of hassle. Please replace this at earliest.

ScanSource Video Communications Ltd. sold this unit back in 05/04/2016 so you need to contact them for an RMA.
