Rebooting unregistered phone with check-sync

Has anyone ever tried rebooting a phone (unregistered) using the check-sync NOTIFY. I have a VVX-400 (5.4.7) in the feild attempting to register with incorrected credentials. The provisioning server was updated with correct credentials so now I need to phone to pickup same update via a reboot. Note at this time I am unable to have phone physically rebooted.

Thank you

Re: Rebooting unregistered phone with check-sync

Hello @jam,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

As long as the credentials for the server are set correctly the phone should pick up the configuration and if the credentials are correct update the phone to register.

Adding:

voIpProt.SIP.specialEvent.checkSync.alwaysReboot="1"

will reboot the phone as well.
