Regarding the Elapsed Time!!

Hi Engineer

 

I  am using Polycom Sound Point IP 301.

I would like to check about status.

 

Network Stats -> Elapsed Time

what connect time does this show?

 

although I checked the document, there was no answer.

Hello TS3,

 

this shows the Network Uptime since the last reboot of the Phone.

 

If the Network Link to a switch is cut it will stop counting RX and TX Packets if the Server is on another network Segment.
